Well I also ordered one of these online this morning no mention of buying a sim card with it so I would assume the sim card would be included. Must wait and see what happens next.

The phone apparently comes with GPS functions . Now is it possible to use these WITHOUT running 3 ?? i.e the GPS reciever must be in the phone just wondering what sort of quality it was ?

could someone explain this compulsory 15 pound topup? I'm guessing you'll only need to do this if you want to use threepay... I can't imagine you'd need to do it to activate the phone or anything if your'e just planning to put another sim card in it.

No no no. You are supposed to HAVE to buy the £15 top up with the phone to be able to buy the phone at £29.99 but it seems CPW are not making you, probs an error on the website. Once you get the phone you can still use it without topping it up or get it unlocked and use it with another network but it seems like a hard thing to get these phones unlocked at the moment.

How do you mean JPS you get the phone without a sim card and you can use it on any network without unlocking?

How can it be used without the sim card

Once you get the phone you can still use it without topping it up

I got my order confirmation straight after ordering.

It should come with a sim card and if you want to use it on another network you will need to get it unlocked which is not very easy to get done.
