Oh lol, it's going to be one of those days today.

I finally heard from my lovely fella, who had a reasonably good excuse for not replying sooner .

He tried to ring me about 20 mins ago but I didn't hear my phone because I was upstairs with the kids. He said 'ring me when you get this' so I've tried and got no reply. I've sent another text and :rolleyes: no reply!

But before you all shout at me, I know I know, he's just out of range or something, I'm not panicking this time......I just want to hear his voice! :drool:

she's alright actually not too hyper! She's a bit sick of being passed from pillar to post for childcare... I had to take her 25 miles to my sisters at am this morning, then another 15 back the way to work, back to get her at 530, then delivering presents to rellies in Aberdeen whilst i'm already there....

wrapped most of Erin's stuff last night, doesn't look like a lot, but it's plenty... resisting the urge to visit toy shop at lunch time!

Sar - I agree with everything Maz and the others have said. The girls will be fine, they are so young, having Father Christmas come and being with both mummy and daddy on the day will be all that matters to them - and it is about them.

Bunny I read your post last night and just nodded along... more later if you want to talk

OH did the food shop this morning, see he is a good'un! AND he took DS so I lounged and did nothing for two hours - oh it was lovely - unfortunately it means I have 1001 things to do today but nevermind :rolleyes:

Right, woke up in a good and happy mood-Im liking my job, things are better at home and Ive decided to get over 'the old Bunny' and move forward with the 'new' Bunny. You know, she's not all bad

I've also decided I am getting a tattoo of the Velveteen Rabbit on me somewhere to mark the New Bunny! (strange choice, but those that 'know' me know about my little secret that goes everywhere with me )

So, things are good.

Maz, got PM hun. Not replied yet but I shall. it's all ok, I promise. xxx

Glad to hear you're more positive bunny, you have a lot of positive attributes and you just need to work them baby!! mind over matter n all that... glad you're still speaking to me!

I think i should give up giving out advice and my opinions as my sledge hammer to crack a nut approach is not a good way to win friends and influence people!

Afternoon everyone

I've just realised, its 3 years to the day since I registered on here! Gosh, a lot changes in 3 years.

I've had a lazy day so far but now I'm off out to get my car looked at, fingers crossed its just a little job and doesn't require a whole new tire or anything else pricey. Then its back home for some more lazing about and doing nothing... I'm liking this holiday lark!

Well, that's me finished until Tuesday, I have a horrible amount of work to go back to next Tue and Wed morning _pale_

I've been offered another tiny bit of teaching - 1 hour per week for 10 weeks on a Tuesday morning teaching sixth formers (gulp) 'life skills' - CV writing, confidence stuff, interviews etc. Another new little avenue to try - 16 year olds still at school!! That starts first week of Jan, so more course planning to do over Christmas.

I got a depressingly and scarily low wage slip this month even with some teaching My salary plus my WTC aren't even enough to pay the mortgage which is :eek: and to be honest is almost enough to make me cry so I am going to have to really buckle down between now and the rest of the month on AQA. Christmas and Boxing Day is 40p per question rather than 30p, so I will probably have a couple of hours free on Christmas Day when OH is at home seeing his son and then I'll have all day Boxing Day as well as every day up to the end of the 31st.
