Can anyone tell me where I would find quark? Ive no idea even what aisle it would be in! The strawberry and chocolate dessert in this month's magazine looks yummy!

Ive had 28g honey nut shredded wheat for breakfast (HE)but Im still hungry. I couldn't just eat fruit for brekky as some of you do - I would be starving! Haven't quite decided whether to do red or green today but will probably do green.

It is normally in the soft cheese section in a pot. At Tesco it is a rectangular pot with a blue and white peel off lid and is Asda it is a circular pot - don't remember what the lid looks like!

Morning all! I've had a bit of an odd week. I was back to work on Monday after being off for a week and a half (following an op) and although I've been all fired up to be back on plan I've found a few too many syns creeping in. I 'accidently' had a chicken chow mein on Saturday and since then although I've tried hard I haven't managed to stick to my personally enforced 5- 8 syns a day, I'm not really sure why either. Anyways, WI tonight and as long as I've not gained I shall be (kind of) content.
Well done on the job Nic. Hope you had good Birthdays Judds and Catt. Glad to see you maintaining well Angie, Hope you're shaking off that 2lbs Marion! Welcome all Newbies.

Well I have been down to the park several times this week and almost managed to give them the slip there but then they heard I was going to Southend today with our Swedish guest for fish and chips and they clinging on for dear life now:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:!

:rotfl:Well you've obviously made them feel so welcome that they're a bit loath to leave now :D As long as they don't invite a few more of their pesky friends to join them eh? (lbs that is, not Swedish guests!)

I asked the same question on Tuesday with a list of the nutritional values. Someone said they were 5 each using the syn calculator! Think I'll be avoiding them until I know for sure!
I thought being fat free they would have been ok, maybe a syn or so if that.
I'm having trouble getting into the SW website, so I can't have a mooch myself.
I suppose all that glitters aint gold!
