Do you go to the classes?

If you do, the books will tell you or you can receive a password for the SW website which will have all the information you need on syns etc.

unfortunately its not the same as WW. There is no way of working out the syns. Erm maybe go to one class just to pick up the books you need? or you can pay to join online but i think its pretty costly! (you have to book up for so many weeks)

Just a comment but I've tried punching in the numbers for a product before (just for curiosity) with a syn value of zero and it came up that it was 2 syns......not sure that works very well.

It's £60 to join online - you have to sign up for 3 months, whereas it's only £4.25 for a class with a £5 joining fee. If you just want the books you could try looking on ebay to see if anyone is selling theirs....

I bought my SW books from Ebay. For one of the books that I won the lady selling thought I had paid far too much and refunded me £5 which was very kind of her!

Im a bit agoraphobic (if thats how you spell it!) and suffer with depression and just couldn't go to a SW class. However, the £60 to join online is pretty steep and I just can't afford it! I wouldn't mind if it was just £40 but £60 is far too much and my OH would have a fit! I don't know why they charge this much.:(

I have to rely on my books and coming on here asking questions. If any kind person could tell me the password I would be really grateful but I understand if you can't. Just please don't think if people ask for it that its because we are too mean to pay the £5 a week at a class because that definitely isn't the case for me.:o
