Not been doing too great recently. Daytime is fine, evenings and especially bedtime are when my resolve lets me down. Onwards and upwards as they say!

chos save your syn's plus a h/b for then , or have a big bowl of rice pudding with fruit on it , i do .
I have a hot choc ( 2 syn) packet of frenchfrys ( 4, 1/2)or curly wurly (6 syn ) egg on toast h/b or beans superspeed.

I have been awful and not followed SW all week. I have too much wine and crisps at the weekend and even shared a 12 inch pizza last night. Ive just not been motivated. It didnt help not making in wi last week. So im going today at 12.30, ill probably have put on 2 lbs or so.
Ive just never got back into gear after Christmas. Not sure what the problem is. Im one of those people that Consutlant mentioned a few pages back who takes the motorway , in other words when I get into it I do it 100 %, cos if I stray a wee bit I go totally off and dont come back lol so i have to do it that way.
But since xmas i have been doing EE almost everyday, im not sure if it seems too relaxed for me, I find red and freen days a bit more strickter as you have to plan your days more. BUT I love EE and am finding it hard to go back to red or green.
Im really worried that I just wont eer get my head back into gear and il put on that weight I worked hard to get rid of!
I feel so much happier about the way I feel and look at the moment. I have so much more energy and confidence.
Well todays a new day. I think ill really focus and have a green day and sit and plan for the rest of the week and and try and do at least another green and one red.
Ill be back after wi and report the damage. Have a good morning all.

Would someone please be able to give me this weeks password please, i unfortunately missed last weeks class! or would anyone be able to tell me if tesco lemon and coriander cous cous is syn free on a green.....
