my problem is HEA's - i like milk in my coffee more than I like meat in my meals!! and thats the decider for me :rotfl:

I'm ok I think - I've done SW (this time) for over 18months (even when I didn't go to class the last three months) so I know I won't have the huge initial weight-loss everyone else will get, but I'm hoping for at least 3lbs!

Hi everybody I have mixed feelings about tomorrow now as my friend has chickened out of joining sw tomo:mad: But I am still determined to go on my own! This may seem a stupid question but are there lots of people that go on their own??
Also does this EE menu look ok for tomorrow? thanks in advance also thankyou to margretb for the woman magazine tip :T:T
Breakfast: Melon and Mango pieces with a mullerlight yogurt (free)
Lunch: 2 slices wholemeal nimble bread (HEB) Ham Cheese 28g (HEA) salad cream (2 syns) mango and melon
Tea: Grilled lean bacon Quorn sausages beans tomato and grilled mushrooms

mcgrath - the majority of people , in my experience, go on their own - including me three times! Menu looks good - make sure you're eating enough though!0

You go for it!! Just because your friend is not ready to commit, it sounds like you are. IMO it is nerve racking the first time...I remember wandering into a class all by myself...self concious and nervous...but now I have made good slimming buddies and it is good to catch up each week and share our succeses (and moans & groans :rolleyes: )
