The "young" Labourites are too busy reading the Daily Sport to come on the internet. I wonder if your IQ is as miniscule as the average Labour voter!

    :rotfl:

    (BTW, I'm 24!)

My god IQ 24, I would have thought you would be struggling to breath :D

I will say this, has true has i believe it. Anyone and i mean anyone who vote's Labour is THICK, period.

A sentence making absolutely no sense whatsoever, with bad punctuation, poor grammar and incorrect capitalisation that precedes a statement calling people thick is an irony I really enjoy.

But what if it had said gay and black? Would that make those bits non-racist and hetrophobic?

That's a stupid argument that I'm not getting in to.

I simply think that the statment by Fitpig (who's a troll anyway) which suggests that the standards of councils have dropped because they employ black and gay people is racist and homophobic. You don't agree?

Actually I will answer your question. If the OP was a black, gay person who stated that council standards were declining because they were employing straight, white people then yes, I would also say they were bigoted.

While no one would defend Labour from Feb 1974 - May 79, they inherited inflation running at 13% (Conservative - Heath) and just like in Thatchers first year, inflation increased to 20% within 10 months.

Interest rates didn't go up in the 1981 budget.
The 1981 budget was a however a deflationary one at a time when the economy was contracting.

It really is not that difficult to tackle inflation when there are 3 million unemployed (and a whole lot more hidden on incapacity benefit).

What excuse can there be for the fact that inflation was back up at 10% after 11 years in power - was this Labours fault as well.

    Other Thatchers myths.

    1) She reduced the tax burden.
    2) She reduced Government spending.

It was John Major government that reduced the above 2 to levels I suspect we are unlikely to see again in the next 15 years.

I wonder who allowed British manufacturing to be wiped out :D not that champion of British intererests Thatcher:eek:
