Lil_me how is your DS throat today?

Nearly there on the wrapping - one more to do tonight and then 4 to do last minute tomorrow.

Piggers - thanks so much for the Christmas lists, they must have taken you ages and they are really helping Miss Panic here to stay calm and get organised

Greenbee hugs for your Grandad, we don't always have to be sad when somebody passes. None of us are here forever and you acknowledge that he'd led a good life and that his health was nolonger on his side.

Off to do last present so I can clear my bed of wrapping then I'm going to sit down and watch the Nigella I missed on Monday on catchup whilst stitching a referee badge on DS1's shirt

    Evening

Mmmmmm I seem to have spent most of the day paying extra special attention to these -
    12. Spend at least half an hour doing something for yourself.. reading.. relaxing.. goggling... remember you are important too

    15. Spend half an hour doing NOTHING!!.. absolutely nothing!!!! Just sit.. and relax with a drink and a treat!

I was all raring to go this morning as well. Then me motivation sort of disappeared.

Think I'll hop off to bed. Earlyish night will do me good I think.

Nite nite all see you in the morning xx

Dusty thanks for asking, he's been better today since I gave him the nurofen, I had a chat with my pharmacist friend last time he was poorly with his tonsils as DS2 used to have bad asthma so never used to give him it but he said should be ok, anyway it seems to have helped as they were a bit less swollen after that this morning. He's less grumbly which also helps. His appetite isn't right with more harsh on the throat foods but ok with ice cream so still must be bothering him a bit, he usually prefers savoury stuff. I had a chat with the GP who said to see how he goes and take him in tomorrow if necessary but not much more they can do if it's a virus, don't want to subject him to others bugs unless it's worse.

Well done on the wrapping Dusry and everyone else, I've never been a really organised wrapper, but I've done more than ever before (for other family/friends) and I have everything organised in one room which is a shock! I'm usually running around frantic Xmas eve finding things.

Lil_me - I hope the funeral goes as well as they can. I'll be thinking of you xx

Edited to add: DH is still cooking! He's finished his pudding and is now making fresh stuffing (even though we bought 6 lots of fresh stuffing from tesco and stuck it in the freezer). Wierd!! xx
