My turkey that I bought today is fresh in the original fridge.
I can't get the beef out of the freezer to defrost until the new, second fridge gets up to temp!

Washing put away and maiden filled again with another lot. Not quite dry enough so it will have to air overnight and more to do tomorrow.
I still have cards I need to deliver and gifts. Just told SIL (expartner of ex OHs brother and mother of their 2 cousins) who works part time that £20 is too much for mine and she has managed to open the envelopes and reduce the gift. Her two kids are getting nothing from their dad - so maybe exOH isn't quite so bad after all. Mind you when her ex had their boys overnight she had to send food - he reckoned he couldn't afford it...it will go back to this again as exOH was flatsharing (and therefore costsharing) with him for a while but he has moved out now...) ex BIL is utterly pathetic. He even had HIS wages paid into OHs bank - and I had copies of all statements for the divorce so I know exactly what he earns. Not much - well he should look for a better job or at least a full time one.

Soappie if you get your new fridge and stick your beef in it will help it cool down quickly...
