  • Isn't it always the way lil_me? Did you tell her to pi$$ off or just ignore her?

Right, good news and bad news. Good news, my Mum just found my document box in her house that contains my passports, birth certs, marriage cert, divorce cert etc. Its been missing for 3 months and I was sure it was in Mums house. But she had searched EVERYWHERE and couldnt find it. Well, she found it this morning. I had nearly given up!

Bad news - I have just realised that Wednesday 7 January is in 2 weeks time. That is when the first of my assessments is due. Argh!!!! So have a good one flyladies...I need to get my head down and concentrate. I'll drop in from time to time when I'm having a break, but you must shout at me if I'm on for more than 10 mins. Easily done :)

Think I'll do a HHC before I go out again, so at least I can cross out some of the list for today. Anyone want to join me for a HHC 2.15-2.45?

    sexymouse xx

I'll join you as I need to find somewhere to put all the shopping. So my aim is to put all the shopping away and clear the fridge of any nasties

Thats very true. It doesn't smell at the moment. But of course there's still 3 days to go.

I think I am talking myself into taking it back. Won't do it today as I'm exhausted but tomorrow first thing before it all gets too busy.

Ring them NOW.. see what they say.. they may just refund.. in which case you can cook the one you already have now and freeze it if needs be.. and buy another for christmas!

If they want it returning say you already binned it as it was making such a mess.. if they say oh well never mind bring your receipt etc.. you cook it and freeze it for a later date.. and go pick up a replacement.. if you take it back it will end up in the bin.. poor ducky!!

They are usually pretty good I've found.. Just tell them how far away you are etc.. come on trust me.. I've just about wangled a squeezed in tesco delivery slot... the manager even offered to put the stuff in his car and bring it round!!

just waiting on a call back from him.. I just cannot go to the shop and walk around it.. I will either kill someone or stand and scream!

All the boxes have been taken and a couple of small pieces of furniture (the big stuff goes tomorrow). Van turned up just as I put dinner on the table. Luckily it was microwavable so I was able to salvage it. That's eaten and washed up now. Just having 10 minutes to let it settle before I take the duster and vacuum upstairs. I haven't been able to do that little bedroom properly for weeks! Then I can make the bed.
