    What would you do?

I have just splashed out and bought duck breast and thigh in orange sauce from M &S for OH's Christmas lunch [ I have a nut roast] and now I've got it home, I see it has been leaking the orange sauce inside my bag and that also means that the plastic film is not fully sealed all round. Do I take it back which means a trip to Felixstowe [ 7 miles away] or do I just keep it and not tell OH.

    You phone them and complain!!

You would expect their packaging would be sufficient for its purpose and not rubbishy like that!!

You've nothing to lose... then you feed it to hubby all the same!

sexymouse, ouch! Wish we lived closer, could have done it for half that

The two rear break cylinders needed replacing as they were both leaking, which had made the break warning light come on as the break fluid was low. The actual parts came to just over £54 but the labour on top was about the same! At least they leant me a courtesy car so I was able to do my food shopping whilst I waited for it to be fixed, although in my hurry to get it all done before they fixed the car, I've forgotten the crackers that OH has with his cream cheese for lunch, and I've just looked in the cupboard, and he only has 2 left and he has 2 days of work still before Christmas. Looks like I'll have to go to the shops again.

Think I'll do a HHC before I go out again, so at least I can cross out some of the list for today. Anyone want to join me for a HHC 2.15-2.45?

    sexymouse xx

Thats very true. It doesn't smell at the moment. But of course there's still 3 days to go.

I think I am talking myself into taking it back. Won't do it today as I'm exhausted but tomorrow first thing before it all gets too busy.

Blimey - where's the day gone? I've done no flying at all - just faffing about on 'puter. So I'm banning myself from it for a couple of hours.

In that couple of hours, I will go and get that last Christmas present and then muck out and clean the car as penance
