Shurely there are only 2 roads in Felistow, Prosititution and Destitution? Isn't it a bit of a one horse town?
Hands off Mewbie, go find your own bull to play with, this one's mine:mad: :rotfl:0 -

Well, I can't imagine people would be queuing up to live next door to you, much as I like you can't see you'd be every body's cup of tea Pickles me old mate;)
I'm just flabbergasted that after all the discussion, there is still someone on here who thinks their road is immune. It's hilarious, absolutley !!!!!!! hilarious:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Of course prices have gone down in your road - doesn't matter who'd lurve to live there (ie you) no one can get the mortgages, chain's don't complete and the market is in a mess. Why don't you Rightmove yours and put it to the test :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
The reason you should be worrying about that mortgage is because it won't go away, it's your equity that's disappearing in the Halliwide figs month after month, the mortgage stays the same :eek:0 -

But by reading your postings I think it is going to take a damn sight longer.
I agree, can't see it all being done and dusted by mid 2009....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

Do you really think that prices will start to rise again in a few months' time?...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
This is turning into a too-extreme attack on Pickles - give the chap a break, season of goodwill to all men, and all that!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

I agree. He's most likely wrong about it all being over by mid-2009 but that doesn't make him an idiot, just potentially wrong.
I thought Lehmans weren't going to go bust. That doesn't make me an idiot either, just wrong.
Predicting the future is very hard. Unless you've made billions from your predictions then I reckon you are on pretty thin ice calling someone else an idiot for their prediction. Unless it's pretty idiotic.0 -

I think "attack" is a bit strong, Pickles makes misleading statements, myself and a couple of others take him to task over it, hardly an "attack";)
Besides, there are so few bulls left and he's such jolly good fun:rotfl:
Still waiting for his response to Jetski over his house valuation but he seems to have gone and hidPickles, whichever persona you're hiding in, come back, all is forgiven, I'll try to be nice, honest :A !!!

I have always made my valuation on all the properties that I have sold in the past.
As you know the last one I broke the celing price in the avenue by £77k.
How good is your track record on bying and selling? But then again you are at a totally different level where you current property is located.0
