If BOE rate hits close to 0% then banks will be made to start loosening the purse strings by Gordy so that he starts to get that feel good factor.0 -

It never stopped you before, your on here 24/7
(Nice mode) Anyway, good to see you Pickles lad, and good to see you haven't lost your optimism. If you say £500k, that's good enough for me, but then I won't be looking to but your place, will I?
I personally don't think prices will recover until 2015 earliest so better choose some wallpaper you like cos I think your gonna be there a while :rotfl:0 -

"Might have to stay in this one for a while anyway, her who has to be obeyed quite likes this one" - translation, I know I'm stuck here, can't sell it and get my money back, oh God I'm fewked, any excuse will do

There was only one repossession fitting this description in recent months and it was actually a bankruptcy. Fungus Fighter, if you require further information please pm me, it is in the public domain.
The road is full of wannabe faux riche, living beyond their means in the mis-guided belief that they have made it; certainly the MEW rate is higher than average. I am sure they love Pickles and his charming family living there.
For the record, only one house has been sold in that road in the last year (the repossession is back on the market after a failed sale and two others have failed to sell after more than a year) and that was initially on at £400k and sold for £333.0 -

As you know the last one I broke the celing price in the avenue by £77k.
How good is your track record on bying and selling? But then again you are at a totally different level where you current property is located.
Quite happy where my property is located personally, and I'm at a level that I dont have to dream to much.0 -

Is this true Pickles? Your gonna have to admit it sooner or later, the goose is cooked mate, no more easy money from property for another 10 years :T
Maybe you should start growing your own veggies instead :rotfl:0
