    Pickles why do you persist in this charade of Jetski and Pickles? Everyone knows that it's you. After the sock puppet stuff of recent days didn't you comprehend that giving it a rest might be a good idea?

    Mewbie, the powers that be can easily check that I am not Jetski and that is why I will carry on as I am keeping the good public informed about the recession as being at the Port we will be the first to come out from it.
    It is important that we give you guys the heads up so that you dont miss the bottom of the crash and pick up a property bargain.

    Besides I thought YOU were going to be pikcing up the property bargains and all the more for you to buy if they crashed you were saying 18 months ago, how's the plan going?:rotfl::rotfl:

    It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    After listening to you girls I have placed a 2 bed on the market, lets see if it sells.
