    It's the only place in country, apart from the areas of Chucky, really, ISTL, mitchaa, Hamish and PickledPink, where there has been no dip in the market. Quite remarkable. And every time they lay people off at the Docks, they just employ more. And apparently when the new Dock is finished it will cover the whole of the East of England and ships will be able to dock in Felixstowe and Rotterdam at the same time.

    Pickles is also the only docker I know who earns 200k a year and owns 75 properties.
