    If the buyer is claiming that 'X' amount of sim cards are missing - could he/she not then remove them from the postal package as received and then have it weighed which would then strengthen their case/claim against you - if you are offering the weight recorded at time of posting as a defence to their assertion that the package is missing some items and is therefore 'light'.

  • just my opinion, but i would make sure that i had a zero balance in my paypal account,if that is how you were paid, just in case he does make a claim. paypal will normally take sides with the claimant in my experience, and will refund the money if it is available from your account.

    Ebay can be graet fun, but it can also be a pain in the butt!! :eek:

    If there's no money there they will STILL refund the amount, pushing the account into a negative balance. Not a good idea.
    It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

    Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.
