Yay courier was £14.99 so even cheaper.
I put Pip facing outwards today as a bit of a tester and he flopped to one side and then screamed!!
The seat on pram is pretty upright and doesnt recline at different levels so its flat or bolt upright for the poor chap!! Glad I had won this one as I think he will be cosier in it. Courier is picking it up tomorrow (I hope anyway as guy hasnt responded) and its a 2 day delivery so should have it by the weekend.
Flat valuation tomorrow so fingers crossed everyone for a good figure!
Pip has jabbies in the morning too so hope he is ok.

    hi all

well done on winning pram at such a good price. Hope pip's jabs go ok, all three of mine were alright afterwards, never had any adverse reactions.

Well I have been very naughty with my Ebay money and bought a blind for DS1's bedroom, we have just decorated it and really needed it. Feel bad for spending as money could have gone on debt but hey its done now..... Bought the blind from Homebase and they give you nectar points now and its double points at the mo.

I am doing a sponsored walk in Brecon Beacons this weekend, 15 mile hill walk, raised £490 for charity so very pleased with myself.

DS1 went for interview for an apprenticeship today so fingers crossed he gets it, that will be one less person to keep!! At nearly 17 he has developed an expensive taste in clothes that he cannot afford to pay for.
He needs to learn to manage his own money now so he does not turn out like his mother. I hope I can teach him some good money habits and how to save - I would hate him to be like me.

    Have a good night all.:D:D:D

Hi macgirl :hello: thanks for the advice on the car seats. Ive looked at them again and can see what you mean about the side impact and other safety things, of course at the end of the day his safety is the main thing not money so I think we are going to have a nice Britax one that ive seen in Mothercare for £99 and they will fit it for free.

    Hiya!
Hope you didn't mind me poking my beak in?! :o
Glad you got fixed up though - sounds like you got a good one.
I've got 2 to buy at the end of the month for my DD's. I'm the least girly girl imaginable - of course PINK is the only colour they want. Nice x

  • Thats fab news on the car seat!!!!! yay for getting it free too!!!

I always gave my 2 the calpol straight after their jabs and it just stops them getting to the irritable stage where nothing helps. Never needed the second dose with either.

I am now a member of a very exclusive and trendy stripey club! Thanks Fay x x :A

Good job I have had stripeyness to amuse me as  to MBNA but :T to Tesco.
Tescos have lowered my minimum payments to £50 so a £25+ a month saving, havent frozen interest though.

MBNA were a complete rude waste of time and all I got was the usual " I understand what you are saying" well no you clearly dont !! They wont do anything to help and she said I should have thought about provision for paying them she didnt care that I have not spent on the card since last year or the fact that I have managed to pay £2000 off of it since November  I asked her so what happens when I only pay you £30 next month and she said your account will go into arrears so I said Ok but what does that mean and she said it means your account is in arrears - No s**t shirlock!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Anyhooo willcontact Payplan again and see what they say.

    Hows everyone elses day?
