Still no pip?
Well it works out well in the long run as birthdays will be cheap as you can hit the sales right after xmas! yey!
BTW I'm kimberley mummy to joshua 2yo and oliver 12wko!!!
The second time around I didn't bother with the overpriced pram and instead opted for a maclaren buggy and baby bjorn carrier combo! I swear by maclarens... they may be more expensive than other buggys but they are worth every penny!
I forgot about all the fancy outfits left them for others to buy as gifts and just stuck mostly to comfy sleep suits rompers and the like... those sleepsuits with no legs the they do most places now are great especially for nighttime! no messing with poppers when your sleepy.
Shoes TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY till they are cruising! their feet grow soooo fast my josh had tons... one pair a very expensive gift and whilst they looked cute they fitted him for a whole two weeks!!!!!!!!!
Buy a lamaze wrist rattle and footfinder oliver has one and it has kept him amused for hours and hours and hours!!!
I am also an avid freecycler... at first I thought I don't want everyones tat but then realised you can get great things! the other day i got an ikea red ps sideboard and it looks great in joshuas room and almost brand new.
One thing I would suggest with the clothes etc you have bought is as soon as your little one grows out of them put them on ebay... straight away!!! (unless you plan to save for future) I waited till joshua was about 1 1/2 before deciding i had to make room and my god it was hard work.
Birthdays etc make a gift list its not cheeky do range of costs that way you can get what you want or need and no yuk outfits and rubbish toys cluttering up the place failing that ask for boots giftcard/vouchers you can use them when you need things and get wipes nappys toys clothes and all the baby things you need...cheaper than mothercare!!!! plus you can also collect 4pts per £ when spending them... i think?

Oh spicy food and hot x does the trick! xxxxxxxxxxxx

Been a long time but i'm back.0 -
Hello All
Was naughty yesterday as we had a take away:mad:
Went to the sales today though and think i made up for it. Was going to walk to save car park money as town is only 10 mins walk away but so glad OH made us drive in as I was kn******d when we got home!!
Got all my birthday presents until May sorted and some silver wrapping paper that will do for birthdays too. Am actually going to wrap the Birthday presents in a minute and then thats it done till May!!
Got all my family cards (mum and dad, aunts uncles) for next Christmas and also got 6 rolls of wrapping paper for £1:T
The camera was on sale in Argos for £58 (ooooh just remembered the probs you had with a camera from Argos Rags:eek:)
Pleased with all I bought.
Sue yes I was pleased with my Piggies.
Going to use one for my gifts budget for the live on £4000 challenge. Had budgetted £20 a month for gifts but thanks to the sales I will thrash that for the first few months so the leftover can rollover and hopefully add to the 2009 christmas fund.
Kim-ley I bought one of those foot finders as the thought of it made me laugh!! Glad it will also amuse Pip!!
Booked in for a sweep at Midwife tomorrow so if I am not on here tomorrow evening you know why!!!Debt at LBM [strike]£17,544[/strike] £5700:TOver £14,000 PAID OFF :T

Would it be wise to jot down what each present is or come May (or even next month for me!
) you won't have a clue what's in which! That's the way to buy all the cards at presents though. Well done PM!!:T We'll blame Sarellie for that take-away!;)

Good luck with the sweep, if you can take someone in with you, I had it done with dd, 30 second job, but does come a bit sharp.
I had mine done on the wed, told that I'd have dd by fri, wed ngt had hottest curry, some red wine, she held onto the Sunday! Becoz of personal circumstances they had to make arrangements 4 dd to be born at 39 weeks, but the sweep was a godsend, it did the trick. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
just a quick message to say good luck for today, my fingers are crossed, hope it works for you!!!!!!! take a panyliner (sorry) with you if possible as it may cause a little bleeding straight after (nothing to worry about though).

Well that was an interesting experience!!
Midwife couldnt do the sweep as like you Rags my cervix were too tight.
She has booked me in for another try on the 5th and also booked an induction for the 8th.
I had protein in my wee but my blood pressure is fine and no swelling so she thinks I might have another infection, if so that will be no less than my 15th infection this pregnancy!!
Pips heart was nice and strong and everything else seems fine so nowt else to do but continue sitting and waiting.
Thanks for your good luck messages x x xDebt at LBM [strike]£17,544[/strike] £5700:TOver £14,000 PAID OFF :T
