Just wanted to wish you luck and second the advice about Freecycle - join your local one now, and, as long as you abide by the basic rule 'play nicely' they can be great - so far my son and his g/f too, too young to have a baby, but they've got one anyway) have been given a cot, toys and baby gym; nursery box, and, most amazing of all, a virtually brand new washer/dryer by a lovely, lovley lady, who then went on to offer them a fridge.
In the same time frame we've given our old kitchen away, a bureau that I had no more house room for and a stack of other odds and ends cluttering the place up. Swings and roundabouts, and I love it!
All the best, both with the baby and the debt free challenge!Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!0 -
