hello pips mum, i have ordered from Aproved Foods and if they dont have the stock you ordered then they will send you a refund when the order is sorted! They are being slow at the moe because of all the publcity they have got recently! but they are worth it and also i make sure i keep adding to my order what i need then when it goes up to the next delivery price i take one thing out so i no i am using up to the limit on the delivery price i pay! I have had two things refunded on both my orders. Last time i got loads of the baking boys cakes they have (90!!!! ) which cost £3 and will keep me in chocolate for a while!!!and all thats wrong with them is the chocolate doesnt go right to the edge on one side!!!! So anyway just wanted to say its good you can get some bargains on there!

Hi
This is the link that gets you to the info page for the royal mail surveys (stamped mail panelist coloured link)
Becoming a Stamped mail panellist, which will take you to a short questionnaire that will take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. Please select reference code RMWEB01 at the final question for administration purposes.
That will get you through to an intro questionaire, where you give post code etc, and they see from there is they need any more in ur areas.
