    Thanks!

    Feeling REALLY miserable though :(

He came and said our affordability was fine which is good :p, he then said he needed a copy of our credit reports so he could start getting actual figures of amounts they would lend.

Did Mr Pips and his shows as Fair, tried to do mine and it said I already had an experian account. Managed to get it logged in and it showed as Excellent which was a massive shock......................then I realised it was totally not up to date and still thinks I lived in the old flat, I added my actual address and now it thinks I have lived in 2 houses for the last 6 years!!! It also has 58 Linked addresses which doesn't really make sense.
It said it would take 24 hours to up date to show my actual credit rating but I think its going to come back poopy due to all this address mix up. :(

Its absolutely stupid as I am on the electoral role here and Experian still says I am on the old one.

On a plus he said that he would almost certainly be able to get us a mortgage but its just if it will be enough to get a house we need, where we need. Pretty sure it wont be enough for the perfect one we have seen :(

Was Mr Pips accident covered under no claims (plz say yes), shop around for Car Ins, I halved mine last yr by using cashback than going with the renewal offer from "the current insurer". Just had MOT - needed part exhaust - got Ins start Dec - not looking 4ward to as I apparently I have a sporty model.......

So scores on the doors show my rating as Poor, Big surprise!!! :D

But I am really annoyed as the thing dragging it down most is Moorgate which I am in an agrrement with over a reduced payment, they are logging it on Experian as Missed Payments!

Well I have emailed it over to the mortgage man, let him have a look and make his suggestions.

Get you with your sporty exhaust Mum2one :rotfl::rotfl:

  • I would get in touch with moorgate and enquire why they are classing it as missed payments when its not.

just a thought re moorgate - they may be marking it as missed payment as its been reduced payment unfortunatly there entitled to do, may be worth speaking to moorgate to get them to explain thats its a reduced payment.

hope you get something sorted xx

Very, Very, very, Very unhappy Pips Mum

Car failed MOT, needs new engine as pistone heads gone. £1500 and didnt guarantee it would solve problem as other parts may have been damaged. Car only worth about £2000 - £2500 at most so probably going to have to scrap it and borrow to buy another.

Friends mechanic brother going to look tomorrow as a 3rd opinion but not looking good.
