I have just paid off £363 :T month, meaning my totals are:
    Next £498
    MBNA £4442
    Tesco £2378
    Mothercare £599
    Egg Loan £3835

    Total £11,752

So under the dreaded £12,000 but I bet its crept up with the interest again by next month. Fingers crossed not though!!

I am pleased with the way Next, Mothercare and even the Egg loan are coming along but MBNA is still a thorn in my side that does not want to shift and even Tesco is becoming a bit of a bug bear. Going to try and make extras on those 2 this month.

Ooo-er. We've got the Car Tax and MOT coming up as well at the very end of this month/very start of next.
On top of the water bills too due on the first of the month. Still waiting for them to send us a letter saying actually, you don't need to pay us, your bills were all just part of their April Fools joke :D Hmm, I think I'll be waiting a long time for that.

How much does something like a Boiler inspection cost?? We rent from our local authority so get that sort of thing free thank goodness.
    Is it a scary amount?

Oooh fab, thanks a lot for the Halfords heads up. I had a voucher somewhere for a £25 MOT that Capital One sent me, but I don't think I looked up where it would be valid at as got it ages ago when MOT wasn't due, so will have to dig the voucher out, as I think I do remember that it would still be valid when the MOT would be due. I.e. now!!

Eeek at the £75 for the boiler. Should be illegal to have to pay for things that we don't even really want! :D:

 I like my little blog Pippy, only got 21 followers but I dont care it makes me happy :-)

Monkey vouchers always hide from me when I need them too!

Talking of vouchers I just got £100 of M&S vouchers for upgrading my sky to HD. Its an extra £10 a month but its not too bad as we just cancelled our £15 a month Lovefilm subscription. I've really wanted a HD box for yonks (think because my eye is dodgy I want to get total clarity for the bit I can see LOL!:rotfl:) OH didn't want it so Ive said I will pay the extra tenner, bet he soon likes it when he's watching a Grand Prix on it and feels like the cars are whizzing round the living room! Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Jensen Button in my living room in HD, YUMMY!!! ;)

Ive been a bad Pips Mum havent I? Its been ages since I lasted posted, probably because I am just having a sucky time moneywise. Seriously cannot get a break here, car failed MOT and cost £300, had a bug infestation in house (which is now back so will need doing again) and it cost £170 to have the bug man round, some bright spark has kicked my wing mirror off so it needs replacing and last time same happened it was £120, tax cost £80, boiler cost £75.

I am just sick, sick, sick of it. We are not extravegantly squandering our money, we are careful and wise with our spending. Just cannot get thrown a lifeline, even for a month. I need to update my signature so will do that now.

ope you are all having a better time x x

Helloooooooooooooo Don't know if anyones still out there, don't blame you if you're not!

Well today I got the call I had been expecting but dreading "Can you go Full Time for us?" it will involve some travel which means I will get petrol allowance. I am looking forward to the extra money but the hours, not so much! I am actually looking at it really positively, the extra money will mean I can make extra payments of the debts and hopefully get rid of them quicker. I've been looking at houses again and we really need to focus on getting moved so thats going to be a priority now.

Feeling a bit more energised with DFWism so I am off for a look see round here x x
