Hi there pips mum just to say the recipe for the curry sounds fab and may have a crack at it for DH during the hols!
Hope you get the bill sorted. Ours was £65 pm last year and suddenly jumped to £125 apparently as they had underestmated usage so going to pay what we owe and try another company and see how we get on. Really annoying tho - DH is now using a spreadsheet to chart how much we use per week and work out compared to price per unit exactly what we are spending on it. At least this way I have an idea of the cost as when I phone up Npower never seem to explain it clearly. x
:jNov 2012 - Loan £1200, CC1 £1450
CC2 £1300, CC3 £100
Next £200
I will get rid!!!!

Thank you Mr EON :T If its any consolation, working where i do, I think all gas suppliers are pooey not just yourselves :rotfl::rotfl: I actually had a call back from a nicer guy last night and he is going to look at it and get back to me in the new year. The meter readings have been received by EON for when I moved out of the flat and again when my friends moved in, based on those it came to £33 so he is going to see why I was asked for £79 by LCS and had to pay £49. Its only a few squids but they matter! There really should have been no need for them to estimate the bill though?
Will keep you posted.
Last day at work, whoop whoop! I now have 18 days off hooray :j:j
Over the last 2.5 days I have taken 308 calls :eek::eek::eek: no wonder I was stressed!!

My pleasure Pip’s Mum,
Glad you’ve spoken to someone who’s more helpful :T , sorry for the previous contact you had, there’s no excuse for people being unhelpful.
You’re right if we had received the readings then the bill shouldn’t have been estimated, hopefully all will be answered soon.
If you do need me, the offers always open; you know where to find me now! (That offers open to anyone else who has any questions as well). :money:
Enjoy your 18 days off! My 12 days start in an hour! :j
Merry Christmas :xmassign:
