show off!! Wish mine was all done, I still have shopping to do! Must be a great feeling!0

I have to do confess I did start shopping in the Jan sales, and keep grabbing bargains from Halfcost, dreading wrappers.
Esp as I "got voluntered" to wrap 22 presents for my daughters class", then last ngt doing the lucky dip for the pta fayre, I wrapped 100 things, little and fiddly, forget to have my BAileys!! xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Ha ha! Well "volunteered" Mum2one!!
I am a bit traditional and only like the plain old normal Baileys.
Just did some figures and my budget for Christmas , excluding Pip and OH was £270 for 30 people.
I actually spent £265.54 so I am really pleased. Managed to get probably double the presents I could have by being organised and buying early and taking advantage of offers also by using vouchers from doing the surveys.
Yay to MSE!!Debt at LBM [strike]£17,544[/strike] £5700:TOver £14,000 PAID OFF :T
2020 the year of less - Less debt, less waste, less spending, less stuff, less stress!0 -

I prefer the normal Baileys, find the caramel to sweet, the mint - yuk, - coffee, reminds of milky coffee, (hate that...) thou thats dds fav.
You've got some brilliant figures there.
Got to start my wrapping this week, sure going to end up doing some swopping about, always do.
Got my FCUK bag on order from Boots, (it was less than half price - be of dd), get that 2mor, ordered for instore easier then waiting for a parcel.
Am sad have started the list for next yr, and already got few bits ready, (double up from this yrs - that help the budget!)
DD has asked for a hot air ballon flight for her bday, but wants dad to go with her.... I'll go down the garden, find the money tree, and pull £300 off!! xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Hello all x x
Payday today. Lower than I had expected but it seems to be right
Made my repayments and managed to make over the minimum payments...........JUST!! :rotfl::rotfl:
It has also took me sub £14,000 so I am really pleased. I have managed to pay off £3824 since I joined here just over a year ago. I am going to look and see if there is any way I can make the extra £176 payments by the end of the year but I doubt it.
£3824 doesnt sound alot but I am pleased as I was on maternity leave for most of the year and on little wages so every pound I have paid off has been really felt in our pocket.
Going to be extra careful in the New Year, meal plan better with more cheaper meals like stews and stuff. Hopefully I will be able to make bigger payments next year now I am back on more money. :TDebt at LBM [strike]£17,544[/strike] £5700:TOver £14,000 PAID OFF :T
