banana bread, cake or muffins?

I have a banana bread recipe that could be used to make muffins.
2 cups of SR flour
1 cup of sugar
4 Tbsp oil
2 eggs beaten
2-3 very ripe bananas, mashed
Just bung everything in a bowl and mix it up.
I cook it in a 2lb loaf tin at 180 for about 50 mins, but if you put it into muffin cases, I'd give them 15-20 mins.0 -
