I have just realised that I have been awarded a medal --- is that for my smack bottom remark! Cheeky ....

I have just remembered that I have still got to tackle my upside down Co-op pin number...... it reads like a proper number whichever way up the piece of paper is! Now I have got some money to withdraw I had better sort it.
I can see fun and games at the local ATM tonight...... Nothing good on telly I hope!

Hi everyone, just updating following court date last week. It's been really strange and have been a bit down and feel so ashamed that things have come to this. But it's just a phase hey?

Anyway got my pack today and also my date for telephone interview - 16th Feb at 9.30. EEEEEEK :eek: that's put things into perpective, now I'm scared! Also rang the or's office to check whether they will be notifying my landlord (they will) or my boss (they probably won't). So, going to try to speak to my landlord to see if he's ok with the br thing but, as it's in my agreement that he can kick me out if I go br, it's a bit of a worry. Lovely lady at or's office said by law they have to notify all private landlords, does anyone know if this is right? Guess it must be.

Kind of want the 16th to be over and then I'll know how bad it is.

it's just a phase, no need to feel ashamed. it will pass, once the OR interview is out of the way it will all be ok, but then... I am still waiting, haven't even got my OR pack. :rolleyes:

I am not sure about the landlord question am afraid but it does not seem right that she said it is the law!

They certainly should not be informing your boss at all.

Your interview is half an hour before mine.......

I have been a bit down too over the last few days. My counsellor/shrink reliably informs me that this is because it is a period of limbo.. the BR is out of the way but the interview is yet to come. I think he may be right.
Once the interview is out of the way and the finances sorted I will feel able to move forward. In my case it is a bit of the "fear of the unknown" .....
I am sure it will be OK for us.....
Busy wrapping the OR's present now! LOL

Hi SA. Still in the limbo stage??? So am i and I've had my OR interview. I think whilst being BR you are always going to wonder what can happen until you get a ED or AD. You and me, and everyother BR, have just got to get on with it I'm afraid. Although it helps me helping others on this forum, and believe me you are better at it.

Just look at your medals!!!;)

Went Bankrupt on 7th January 2009

Felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders until you keep receiving letters from the official receiver.
