Ooh 22, my lucky number. Maybe Lady Luck will shine on me rather than p all over me like she has been lately

  • I don't mean to sound stoopid but can someone tell me what BSC and BCSC stand for? Feel too stoopid to ask anywhere else

  • Hi Startagain!

No difference to be honest. I haven't spoke to my creditors yet. It hasn't sunk in yet, so the mobile keeps ringing and the phone is unplugged. Going to get a grip tommorow and answer the calls tell them and try and reduce them! Hopefully feel better for the weekend!

    Hi guys

Thought I would ask this here as you are all fresh from the Forms

Question 6.9. Supply tax reference number. Is this the same as my Tax code or would I find it on my P60 ????

Also do I need to just put down the addresess of where I have lived since getting the debts. Mine seem to have started about 2003 so I am assuming I do not have to put where I lived previous to that ?

    Hi ym

The tax reference number is the reference number for your employer at the tax office. It is on the P60 and there should be a box that says Inland Revenue office and reference.

Addresses - Put down all the addresses where any unpaid debts could still be linked to. I put my address from 8 yrs ago because a DCA has come out of the woodwork foraging around for an old Statute Barred debt (that's if I do owe it in the first place)

The tax code is used by your employer to work out how much tax to deduct. You may find a box called ‘Tax Code’ on your payslip, P45 or P60
