Orange - Multimedia Sub £3.40?

I have now had three attempts at cancelling this additional charge (something I never subscribed to). The first time I noticed it, I realised that it had been going on for some time and managed to get a £50 refund from Orange. The second time (two months later), I was told it had been cancelled and charged refunded (they werent) and now this months bill Traffic TV content is at the top of the list - I am exasperated. I wouldnt even know where to "subscribe" to this service. I am about to go off on another rant to Orange. Luckily I am now out of contract so will use this as a big stick against them!

Orange seem to think that something being legal is the same as being honest. I too have had to try to recover money( they gave me £8) for a service I never requested. The intent here is clearly deceit and despite all the postings they show no signs of ending this sharp practice.
