In brighton, nothing marked down yet, no one seemed to know when. But on closer inspection the tat really is tat! For example the stationery is a joke, I would be embarrassed to write a note for the milkman on it!

thanks for posts got bargains galore for 38 pds all shelfes full the noiw but not for long a lot stilll not marked down as alcohol or nail polish so will go down at 8am hope this helps my trolleyt was ful whooo clydebank asda

Hiya!!i have been shopped and now got a cuppa!!I was buying for kids so did really well and for £21 had loads! HSM jewellery box,photo frame,fluffy clock and watch set,stationery,activity sets,microphone and ear piece sets for neices etc.Thanks OP ,just made the little bit i have left go a little further!

sorry its early and i got a little confuddled at what you just wrote. did you say the acohol sets are going down at 8 or not at all?? lol. still struggling for my 24 year old sister...she likes to drink...lol. cheers folks. hadnt seen this until today! can anyway just give a few ideas whats on and for how much? thanks you

didn't see alcohol sets reduced. Weston asda had lots of gift sets down to £1 but not the toiletry or alcohol gift sets.

have been to asda norwich was there from 6.30 lol just bk with 4 bags full shelves nearlyempty now , staff taking lots , i got some good deals for my daughter though well pleased thanks op xxx

Been to my local, all the 2 for £8 reduced to £1 each, only one or two of the 2 for £16 reduced to £2. There was a member of staff with an RF gun in the 2 for £16 aisle checking prices, all were still original price.
Some of the bargains were pretty awful but bargains to be had!

Just Back from S-c-u-n-t-horpe 24hr, was in at 6:30am, deputy manager didn't know anything about promotion but was wandering around with a price scanner so I bullied him and another Guy into marking all the prices down as we went along :rotfl:

5 carrier bags of goods for less than £15, almost £80 worth.

Basically as reported, all £5 stuff now £1, all £10 stuff £2

No alcohol sets or health & beauty sets as yet.

Top tip if your store hasn't yet repriced, check barcode on SEL, anything beginning with '18' is reduced to put in your trolley.

Good luck, it won't last long, most will be on eBay later today I suspect :rotfl:

only one aisle but it was very quiet when I went at 7.15 - even the staff were saying Ebay was going to be busy!
It filled up one persons gifts that I was struggling with - dont know how he is going to feel a bout an inflatable football kit or a manicure set but hey ho!!!
Many thanks to OP - just wish it had been tomorrow on pay day! Even the staff said that!
