Welcome to Eupho! Your DMP no is: 309.

Eupho, I sorted you out the other day. Keep up!

Welcome to the others, your numbers are:

    Saskia1 310
    Tottenhamtotty 311

It's not an official list or anything, just a way of joining in with the fun. But I'd like people with numbers to get involved and not disappear!

For those that are interested, the up to date list is on page 69 of this thread.

Hey Kudox, you still here? :D

I seem to have gone from nice and calm due to the creditors being silent to foaming at the mouth reading the latest letters. I'm just so annoyed with it all, OH though finds it all a breeze and not fazed by the letters at all. He says he has more of a life now than we ever did using credit so I should just chill out (he is right) but I just get so stressed when I read the same letters over and over.

Moorcroft sent us SAR information which consisted of a load of statements and threats of if we don't contact them immediately they will huff and puff, send one of their really big scary debt collectors round, start intended litigation (whatever that means???) and blah blah blah  Still haven't seen a CCA from them either so

Monument offered us a ppi refund then supposedly sold the debt on. It is with the FOS anyway but I got real mad when I read their letter saying you need to contact Lowell when they know damn well they have done it to avoid paying. Lowells are the divs who keep writing to OH mums house, we asked for a CCA but now just put not known at this address on letters, well if they can't be bothered to read and take note of what people write in their letters then I'm not babysitting them.

Next have sent me a letter today to say that due to a change in the credit agreement they will be charging £7.50 late payment fees instead of a £5. I only pay £5 on my DMP and they have been really good so far with that.

Lloyds offered me a full and final of £4000 for my loan. I was willing to get my big fat rich cheque book (as if :D ) until I realised I got my ppi complaint with the FOS. Nice try

NDR have said unless I give them a pint of my blood by the end of the week they will pass the debt on. After charging me £12 fees, bloody hurry up and pass it on! :rotfl:

Whats that saying? 'Same !!!! different day'

I think this is what happens on a DMP isn't it? A rollercoaster of emotions, its all quiet and then a load of letters come and you just think before you open the mail 'oh what now?' I wish they'd all just pee off and let me carry on or take me for ccj and stop all the silly letters and hassle.

If I knew it would do any good I would ring them just to have a row on the phone with someone but that wouldn't be fair on the person who would take the call but just to rant and rave at someone it would do me the world of good for a few minutes at least ;) I know you guys understand, anyone willing to give me their phone number so I can pretend you are a creditor? :rotfl:

I agree with your comment about people getting involved.
I often wonder how all the very early members of his thread are doing, maybe they're all now debt free and living proof that being on a DMP works:j:j:j:j
I know some still do post from time to time and this is in no way to have a go at anyone, I as much as anyone know how much this thread can take over your life:rotfl:

Oh you need a break now and again otherwise the doom and gloom of debt will consume your life.

I feel bad I haven't been on here as much as I have done in the past to support the new members and keep in touch with the gang to say how I am getting on.

I think everyone understands on here though. I remember Rayday when I first joined but she hasn't been on since January. She advised me alot when I first set up my DMP.

I hope everything is ok with them all.

Oh I'm not having a go at anyone (espesh not the oldies), more the newbies that start, request a number, then never come back. I just feel used when that happens. :D

Speaking of which, last one for tonight before an early night (I'm determined).

    Charm1 312.

    Night all!

I remember Rayday too, I believe I read a while ago her child was not too well I hope everythings ok there.

Thats the point I guess, life gets in the way sometimes and most people have other stuff to deal with.

I'm just about to start helping a family member with her debt problems, I must be a glutton for punishment:eek:
I should start charging for my services:rotfl:

Oh no, I forgot thats the bad guys:rotfl::rotfl:

Oh don't feel bad Ian, I agree with the point you raised, I often wonder where people go, do we scare them off?

Are we BORING?:rotfl: I hope not I have always found it open and friendly on this thread, no airs or graces and everyone understands the crap you are dealing with.
