Have a quick one for you. Gf has got a letter from Triton claiming that they are attempting to collect her Natwest debt (£9100). It has all the DCA spiel about having possessions taken and the like. When she phoned Natwest they said that they were not agreeing with the CCCS plan we were on and had written to them in March telling them this. They are asking for £100 a month more than was offered. We have heard nothing from the CCCS about this, should we be concerned or is it all bluster?

Crisp £ Note - Sorry about my post about looking at cutbacks, it wasn't a particularly constructive one. What I'd meant was (as someone else posted) to post a thread with your statement of affairs. I know it seems like there can be no cutbacks, but you'd be surprised... I know I've made a lot of 'sacrifices' and am far happier than I was 6 months ago!DMP mutual support thread No: 2430 -

Hi sillywhenyoung
I spoke to someone from Egg earlier today, and she told me that my account would go into default on 2nd June, and they would issue a default notice 28 days later. She told me to ignore it. I will scan and forward to Payplan just to be on the safe side. The person that I spoke to was lovely, but will see how this progresses...0 -
