Had a letter today re: PPI reclaim from two of OH Halifax loans, we getting refunded with just over £3000 within 14 days!!!


Ice creams with flakes in for everyone!





They are paying it into OH account which is included in DMP but still 'live' so sent a letter today saying when you paid ppi refund in please close the account and send a cheque for the remainder! I will contact CCCS as soon as this is done to get it taken off DMP

1 creditor paid off, 10 more to go! :T :T :T

I wish all the other creditors replied like this, others seem to be putting up more of a fight (being harsey thats what they doing :mad: ) BUT can't be down got to keep fighting!

Yep just been on Thomas Cook and Thomson looking for quick get aways but sadly I'm just dreaming I soooo would love to though :rolleyes: packed it, booked it and fluffed off

I am chewing OH ear off how we should spend it

We just about scraped the DMP money for tomorrows payment so it will be nice to have some back up. OH lost a good few days with bad weather earlier in the month so couldn't have come at a better time.

Go for it Ian, there is a section on this forum dedicated to reclaiming ppi and one for bank charges/card charges. The people there are really friendly and will help all they can.

If you have had a loan which had ppi added it's more than likely that you were mis-sold. The banks made massive profits from useless policies that would only pay out if you were dead or bankrupt - honest! If you were self employed, had a medical condition or retired it was even worse as there were certain exclusions included that no one told you about. :mad:

Time to fight back for every penny that is rightfully yours

Thanks toffee penny iv just downloaded the template letter to get my loan agreemment from natwest as havent got it any more...hopefully i will be able to reclaim too, i did the bank charges sucsessfully so fingers crossed...thanks for kicking my butt into gear!!!
