Hi there
Sponge puddings...
2oz butter
2oz sugar 1 egg
2oz sr flour - throw it all in a mixer -whizz... if its a bit stiff add a drop of milk
get a bowl and place some jam, syrup, etc in the bottom..dollop the mix on top and cover with cling film and nuke for a couple of mins, check and give a bit longer if need be....
you can also add a spoon of coccoa to the mix.....and you can double the mix up -just make sure the bowl i plenty big enough as it will try to escape
you need to eat it whilst its warm as it dries out quickly-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

Just another thought
What about pancakes, rice pudding,-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
very easy pudding, requires no cooking.
whip some double cream
dip choc chip cookies in whatever alcohol (sherry, brandy, rum, whisky) you have to hand and layer them with the cream in a bowl (or individual bowls).
sprinkle a flake on top if you like.
it is best left overnight or for a few hours in the fridge as the flavours develop.
for a non alcholic version apparently ginger nuts in orange juice works wellMum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

They are lovely if you put choc chips in the top of them when they come out of the microwave - if you put them in when you cook them they melt and disappearworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
