  • Sorry havent been aroud but had a "bad " couple of days, mainly snappy and moody and screaming at anything that moves but at least the hob looks clean lol.
Just feel "drained" all the time.

Rosepink..... when feeling the panic attacks I try and breath normally and try and get things straight in my head and try and think about the situatuion whats bothering me and work out is it worth freaking myself out about, how I can do the "thing". Sometimes it works and if it dont I talk to someone either my DH or a friend.

To Tiff.... Im thinking of you.

And to all who are really struggling at the mo, huge huge support hugs and vibes.
Sarah, who is trying to make small changes :money:

then this is becoming very tiresome, an issue was raised, it was a misunderstanding and corrected, everyone was happy and nothing in the posts was 'prickly'

imagine a teacher at school comes along looks at your work, decides does not like it and tears it up and bins it without any explaination, not good for your self-esteem is it?

Come on mods we're adults here let's have a bit more understanding please and less heavy handed with the old delete button.

It can't always be internet hugs and funny little icons.
  • Just like to say thanks to our mods Glad and Savvy Sue for their continued patience with this thread. In particular, I'd like to thank them for their active monitoring of it nowadays.

This thread does listening and support.
    This is powerful.

Not only does being actively listened to alleviate a person's feelings of distress, it also enables and empowers a depressed/distressed person to decide for themselves what they need in order to make changes and move forward in their own life.

That is the magic of this thread! CB2X

    I had a post removed.

I was wondering if anyone on here has a poor memory? Just lately I find Im trying to think of a word and it just wouldn't come. I was trying to think of the word "conservatory" and just couldn't and in the end said "you know, the place where your neighbours keep their guinea pigs".

I never used to be like this and it wasn't until I took an old type of AD that my memory was badly affected. My newer Ad's don't do this but my memory is still bad. I don't know if its just the depression though because Ive read that depression does this. Does anyone else find this is so or is it just me?

It seems as if this thread is run by a clique with their own agenda. The mods use the excuse that you cant talk about medicines yet there has been a thread on health and beauty about Xenical 120 mg ( orlistat) since the beginning of december. Perhaps mods can explain.
Flames in the Garden of Eden
Heaven in pieces at my feet
    I faced the raging ruins
    Of a million sleepless nights
I need to rest my weary head
    On your resurrection bed.
