Welcome to the thread Voofin and Sarah - pull up a chair, make a cuppa and prepare for some bad jokes :rotfl:
LM so pleased to here you had a good New Year :j I've never been to the southwest of the country and would love to go. May not be good for the waistline though if I got to cornwall (clotted cream teas and pasties all round!!)0 -
Home life is crap and now work is crap. I just can't take it anymore. Everything is so messed up. My job is making me ill and I seriously want to quit but if I do that I can't move out. If I kept working and did move out I would be upsetting my Dad and younger brother
I just can't win. I need a release and to remove the anger and bad that's inside of me. I've resisted the temptation to cut for quite sometime but right now I need to!

Hey Razorbladekisses
I'd really rather you didn't but I'll understand if you do.
When everything becomes overwhelming for me, I try to distract myself by either putting a film on, reading a good book, or playing games on my mobile phone. Try to find something where time passes without you realising it. I know its really hard and there are times when you wish you could find a way of switching off your brain, and that cutting helps by doing that but it is a short lived method and doesn't give relief for long. Last time I felt the same way as you I scribbled on my walls with coal and black marker pen. Excellent therapy. It got rid of alot of anger and frustration. Admittedly if it is not your house then it might not go down so well with other people, but tell them it's an alternative to cutting and they might realise how hard you are finding things at the moment.
I'm online now and can stay online as long as you want if you want to chat.

yeah but it's from this f*** ups that we learn, at the time they don't seem to be f*** ups.
I always think what would it be like if I knew what I know now and was back in school, maybe the girl I always wanted to go out with, I would have had the courage to ask out, maybe the bullies that picked on me would have got what they deserved, but then if all that happened I would have changed history and not have the good things I do have NOW in my life.0 -

we all had to buy a karate licence before we could take classes and this included injury cover / insurance. But as you rightly said just because we have cover doesn't mean we can take risks, just goes to show the guy is a bit of a headcase. His letter will be going to the chairman of the federation of karate. He also denied in his letter telling me to f off, the fool doesn't realise there were witnesses to this, I just hope if I need the support of the others parents they do the right thing.0 -
