Don't know why but when I put water in the heater started working again!
Erm, the engine heats the water up giving off erm, heat...0 -
You could try this as a stop gap measure? Sounds like it's a fuse in the climate control though?

my heater fan packed in recently and i had it fixed by a local garage for £80. i went on my car make website 1st for advice and to see if i could DIY it but couldnt.
mite be worth u getting on a ford site and asking for advice before going to garage
and its joyous when it starts working again, which is nice0 -
Low coolant level could mean head gasket failure - this happened to me once, 1st I noticed was no heat from the heater0

very common for the resister to blow on these
it is located behind the glove box and a 5 minute job to replace and costs about 10-12 quid
does any water leak into the car as this can cause them to blow as well via the seal under the front windsreen scuttle
very common after a screen is replaced and not sealed properlyremember it is nice to be important
but more important to be nice0 -
