Talktime (Up to):450hrs
Standby time (Up to):11hrs 40mins
(presumably they should be the other way around !!):p
EDIT: I've just checked the Motorola website and the official quoted figures are:
Talktime (Up to):450 MINS
Standby time (Up to):350 HOURS
Read a few reviews and all the reports are the bat life is very good as expected. The only comment was why Motorola would put a high end battery in a cheap unit!
I'm not complaining, got an email saying its being dispatched and the transactions appeared on QuidcoI can't believe its unlocked as well

The Moto C115 (£12.49 on Orange including £5 calling credit) from CPW is UNLOCKED, but currently out of stock (they are allowing you to back-order so presumably they must be getting more in stock soon):D :

I think for the new price £19.99! The motarola from CPW is better value. Also MSE readers have said that the motorola is shipped unlocked and includes £5 airtime. As it is unlocked it has a better residual value and can be used on other networks. Also the motarola has a 2 week life on standby MUCH better than the Siemans.
Not sure if the Motarola comes with a handfree ear bud thingy like the Siemans.
Thanks to OP to the deal in the Siemans at £10 (plus £5 back via Quidco) it was a really good deal.Seth.0 -

The biggest problem with these Siemens A62 handsets is that the Key Lock is easily de-activated while in your pocket etc. as only the # key needs to be pressed, compared to pressing two keys within a short time on most other manufacturers handsets!
They do however withstand being dropped into a bucket of water! Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
Registering SIMs I register the SIM for my new A62 and I got a £1 credit and a free 1GB download that usually cost £12 so the person on the phone said.
I tried the phone using the GPRS and I could browse the web on the handset.
Not bad for free not sure if I'd pay for that service in the longer term with the free 30 day 1gig runs out.
Might have been 1meg free GPRS not 1gig this is all from memorySeth.0 -
I'm looking for a straightforward phone for my mother and father-in-law. Main criteria are reasonable sized buttons and clear screen. Would the Motorola C139 fit the bill?
The buttons on their current Siemens A55 for example are just too tiny and fiddly for them.0 -
The price has again gone down to £100

The orange link for quidco is not working!!
Is it down or is it deliberate to stop people taking advantage from this offer? Or is it simply my computer? Does anybody know?
ThanksBerba0
