Have looked at that thread and it might as well be written in Japanese for all the sense it makes to me (but thanks anyway!).

Can anyone explain in Janet and John fashion how to load both the speed camera db and the POIs as when I load the second it overwrites the first (and okay, I am not very good at this technology lark...).

Before uploading your other POIs (new ones) onto the Garmin, put them in the same folder as your speed cameras (old ones) and then upload the whole thing to the Garmin. The reason is that any upload that you make would erase totally the one before (all the previously loaded POIs) and therefore all your uploads would have to include all your POIs (new and old) together. Hope his makes sense.

Ooops - sorry to hear about that - why dont you put it on ebay - people are buying broken ones for spares and paying quiet high prices for them - also sell the software, accessories and card separately - you may get a reasonable amount back.
