Hi,
I haven't read the whole thread, but if knowledgepower1 has the TDSServe Rootkit, then it needs to be dealt with properly.
Also when requesting scans, logs should be posted. Malware removal should be done in a certain order to solve the problem.0 -
Thanks Saqib, the prblem is I need to download avast and Hijackthis,as soon as I type it into google the page closes.
If I type any anti virus on google the page shuts down,so I went into other forum and read thesame problem was solve by disabling TDSServ. You can't keep a good man down...0 -
I see that Browntoa has helped you a lot.
Can you tell me what problems you are having exactly and what scans you have run? I'll try and read the thread quickly too.<br>0 -

see if you can download from there
if memory serves me right you should have a combifix.txt file on your desktopEx forum ambassador

The reason you cannot download these tools is because the TDSServe Rootkit is most likely active and preventing you from accessing these websites.
I will PM you a tool for this infection, but first I need to see the log from ComboFix please. It should be located in C:\ComboFix.txt.0 -
how do I get that?You can't keep a good man down...0
