yeh thats right they wrote off my £300 bill and gave me back £30 Cash paid straight into my bank account !!0

I had a similar problem, although in fairness I may have just misinterpreted what the bloke in the rententions department told me about free internet usage. I ended up with internet costs of £40 on the second bill of my new contract. When I contacted O2 to tell them I wasn't happy about the charges they refunded my account straight away as a gesture of goodwill. Couldn't fault them really.0
