By the general definition of the word 'joke'; yes, I suppose it was a joke!0

I think Tim Buckley and Jeff Buckley were both very tallented. Buckleys Grace album is superb and I liked it when he was ALIVE so it has nothing to do with him being dead. In fact I was looking forward to his second album when he tragically drowned. Also love the track Dolphins by his father.0

Oh dear, nobody seems to have mentioned the John Cale version. Most definately on a par with the great man himself.
And what about katherine Williams? Doesn't she get a mention?
I certainly won't be buying the Xfactor travesty, but I'm glad Mr Cohen will make a few quid from it.One half of the world cannot understand the pleasures of the other0 -
Maybe its my age (28) but I like Alexandra's version best!! I have not listened to them all mind, just the ones on WE7, that someone posted earlier but of all them, I like Alex's best :-)0

Personally I am fed up with the thought that every year we have to listen to the churned out singles of X, Y, Z, factor winners, what's wrong with having a good old fashioned number one at xmas that has gotten there the normal way rather than being released the week before and rammed down gullible peoples throats. Sigh. X factor is rot anyway just makes money for the Simon Cowells of this world.0

And boy do I wish I was Simon Cowell, well in the sense of his bank account anyway, those belts would rub on my b**bs (am I allowed to put that??)
My honest opinion is that any song is worthy of number one, new old, x factor, krypton factor, peter kay factor, anything, as long as its liked and bought then thats where it will end up.0 -
Oh my Gawd, Rhyming "Do Yah" with "Alleujah" ??0
