I needed a translater when i first came down here, but its mellowed a little bit...
LOL! Know what you mean-my first day on shift at Gatwick,resplendant in my BCAL tartan uniform.I gave an American couple perfect directions to where they wanted to go, albeit in a thick scouse accent. He looks at the wife and goes "Was she speakin' English?" Hmm, need to moderate the accent a bit methinks....it's nearly gone now but the kids think it's hilarious that I say Bath nor barrth..Debt-free...and staying that way...0 -
