    snags hun I know how you feel, I have real confidence issues and lack of self confidence. I always believed that if I was slim I would feel better...still do sometimes but like linda/sammy/spud (sorry can't remember who it was) said even when you get there you realise you're still not happy and then move onto something else. Tends to be spending money for me, buying things that I don't need, then there is the downward spiral of guilt and back to square one again.

    BB i cant believe OH has nearly finished...that is a minor miracle!

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
