    Have finally got my second window painted, not easy with LO around although she is being very good.
    Once she's in bed i'll get cracking on with more decorating, will be being bad and ordering pizza for dinner as the kitchen is a disaster zone right now!

    1. Most important...there are 2 of you in that house and both of you work so BOTH of you should do the house work..

    2. Don't make a rod for your own back start as you want to go on.

    3. Relise that your idea of tidy and his may differ slightly...try and find a happy medium

    4. My wife and I have been married for .um.....hang on..........

    since 97 and we still struggle with the tidyind up and disagree with how tidy it is.....its natural.....While a tidy house is nice a happy house is much better..



    Finally there is a world off difference between a clean house and a tidy house

    Justamum - I don't understand the reference to cancelling the TV licence because the signals going off? Is it an IOM thing?

    New people - Hello and welcome!
    Emails back and working. Just waded through 967 of them :eek: One from my younger brother was lurking in there - they're going to pop in on Saturday morning to drop of presents - I suppose I'd better buy their's before then! :rotfl:

    Seems like we actually finish work at lunchtime on Thursday for the Christmas break. That'll be nice. It'll mean I can buy the Christmas tree on the way home and pick it in the light of day! It's so dark on my journey too and from work at the moment.

    But, I must go and fly - the utility area tonight as the bathroom and study are fine at the moment.

    We just had 2 pumps of firemen running all over my house putting out fire....

    DS2 made toast, didn't switch off the grill and set my kitchen alight...

    Oh the fun!!!

    Yes everyone is fine.. the paramedic said so.. other than I have smoke inhalation

    DS2 has learning difficulties... so is excused... little arsonist!
