Waitrose, Sainsbury when desperate and organic stores.

Not all of the choices above are chav shops but Aldo, Lidl, Morrissons etc! Also why are people saying they find ASDA too pricey?

Like many shops Asda can be pricey for certain items. I get more for my money at good ole Morrisons, but have to shop at Asda as its closest.

Asda for the majority of my shop but i have an issue with their fresh meat and F&V so i normally get those items from Sainsburys, Morrisons or Tesco.

I'm limited in where I can buy - don't have a car and have limited mobility (due to illness) so need to shop where is handy for the underground stations, or a short distance to walk.

My nearest shop is Morrisons (Partick, Glasgow) but the last I heard was that Tescos were planning on building in the area, I know there's been objections but I'd love them to move in and create more competition. :o

I can understand why people are sick of Tescos taking over, my Mum & Dad have recently moved and there's no Asda, they have umpteen Tescos but only one Morrisons, one Co-Op and a Lidl.

My Mum & Dad always used Asda, so I'd use them as well (without trying anywhere else), but there's none handy (without a car) that I can use.

I can use Asda, Tesco and Sainsburys online, but I only use this when I can justify paying for a 'large' (i.e £100 or so) order.
