Does anyone have the actual link to the 100% satisfaction guarantee? Cant find them on the Travelodge site anywhere?

I've never seen any mention of a 100% guarantee at TraveLOGDE.
Travel INN used to do publish this in their publicity, but seem to have stopped when they became Premier Travel Inn, although when I checked in recently I was told it was still policy.0 -
We regularly stay at the Travelinns and Travelodges on business and have always found them excellent value.
The only time I complained was at a Travelinn somw time ago before their guarantee came in, I wrote and complained and a £25 food voucher was forwarded to me which I mislaid until the use- by date expired!Filiss0 -
Could someone please tell me where you get the vouchers for little chef, and if they can be used as we are staying at Heathrow Heston M4 WestboundAddy wrote:A little Off Topic here...apologies in advance, but we tried using the Little Chef 50% off vouchers when we stayed at a Travelodge (terrible room btw, but for £10 I wouldn't have dared complain, lol), but they weren't valid cause it was a Moto Service station. Check the Ts & Cs also, I think some breakfasts are excluded.
so that we can go to legoland.
Never done this before and i am going with 3 chilldren so any money saving tips would be welcome.

Hi Jammy, sorry to say that was the T/lodge we stayed at and the Little Chef next door wouldn't take the voucher as it was a Moto.
There's currently an offer of 2 for 1 on the Little Chef Website0 -
Well if I had known about the money back if not satisfied bit... our Travelodge room had a VERY squeaky bathroom door...
Seriously the missus & I once had quite a romantic stay at an M6 services Travelodge!0 -

Can't really help you, sorry - we stayed for one night had breakfast at the Little Chef before we went to Legoland (curtesy of Tesco vouchers) - then straight home afterwards. I think legoland may be too tame for your older kids, my 10 year old didn't seem too enamoured.0 -
Thanks again Addy i will have to have a rethink about our plans, but thanks for all your help.Addy wrote:Can't really help you, sorry - we stayed for one night had breakfast at the Little Chef before we went to Legoland (curtesy of Tesco vouchers) - then straight home afterwards.
