(cashback: £5. Trade-in: £10. =£15 - less cost of phone and credit (£12.88) = £2.12 in your favour.)
You can trade-in online? I went to a store because I wanted to do a trade in but if I could do the same online AND get £5 extra I would. Presumably though postage would wipe that out?0 -
I ordered Sunday, am I likely to receive today?I'm getting older, and lifes getting harder!:mad:0

Mine was delivered this morning but there is no credit on it. Do I need to do something for the ten pound airtime to go on? Thanks!0 -
Can someone who has received phone confirm whether it is indeed unlocked? I need one to use with Lebara mobile for international calls but all my handsets are locked... thanks!0

Yes, there is a box to tick at the bottom of the shopping basket page (easy to miss though). They send you a pre-addressed freepost bag and a claim form, so no postage to pay.
With your new handset we will send you a pre-addressed freepost bag and a claim form. You can receive the following discounts:
£10 All pay as you go phones.
(£5 for the handset, £2.50 for the charger and £2.50 for manual).
You should complete the form and return the old phone (and the manual and charger where applicable) to the address on the envelope. The mobile you trade-in must be in full working order. Once we have received your trade in we will post you a cheque to the value of the trade-in amount within 28 days.

My phone arrived this morning by Citylink but as I missed delivery, for some strange reason they took it to my daughter's place of work! How they knew where she worked I don't know but I wasn't impressed as they didn't leave a card to say they'd taken it elsewhere and what if it had been a present for her? :mad:Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0

Just received mine (ordered Sunday) and my Virgin sim card works fine, so yes it is unlocked. They forgot to include a trade-in envelope though.
Not sure what happened to the one I ordered last week!?"The happiest of people don't necessarily have the

of everything that comes along their way."

For some reason carphone warehouse tried to charge my card 1p - which means my bank stopped my card coz of suspected fraud. just had to phone up to unstop it. (anoying that they didn't phone me to tell me!). Anyone else have this happen when buying this phone??0
