have you checked to see if the buyer bidded on his phone
if there a new buyer cancel there bid and set buyer requirements to stop no feedback bidders bidding
theres a newbie biding at moment no feedback but has been a member since 2003 which i think is dodgy!!! :j OFFICIAL DFW NERD NO 159 PROUD TO BE DEALING WITH OUR DEBTS:beer: :j

How come its still listed if it has been reported, surely Ebay would close auction ?0

I think this bit in the listing lets him get away with it
"Seller's payment instructions
above items not included with box."0 -
How can it be proved that he's shill bidding though, because that should alert E bay. I opened up a form to report it but you have to list all of his IDs, is there a way to find out which ones are him? Charging so much P&P makes buyers think they're getting the phone even though it's in the small print that it's not included. Also as already stated it's in the wrong section in the first place. Where are the Nigerian scammers when you want one??0

Well he's not going to get a way with it

Well I reported him yesterday and also contacted all the high bidders who seemed legit, ebay has done nothing and the bidders are still bidding
Like to know how much it goes to though0 -
I just contacted the current high bidder (jayne.morris3, a newbie) and got a reply from a different ebay member (with 119 feedback) who said "I Know what it is (wink)".
I think this might mean that the current "high bidder" is an experienced ebayer who has deliberately bid something rediculous on the item (through a different account) with the intention not to pay, to protect any gullible bidders. Not sure though...[font=Arial, Verdana]
