I was wondering the same - I was thinking of a cotton sun hat too sami, rather than the usual knitted hat.

I've also got my eye on a "starter set" in asda that has 2 vests, 2 sleepsuits, scratch mitts, bib, a hat (I think) and a little light jacket, it was all unisex colours so might get something like that for the little jacket in particular in case its the usual summer weather

right gonna eat my soup while seeing how much I might get for my pram, also thinking I might get the maxi cosi carseat for bump :shhh: but will look at how many pennies we have left 1st :A

  • Elastigirl - I have absolutely no experience or advice I am afraid but (((HUGS))) to you and don't let the hospital fob you off until you are absolutely convinced that everything is alright.

I feel like poo - left work about 5.15pm last night and by the time I got home at 6 I was sneezing and sniffling and I have got an awful sore throat. I was only saying the other day that I had managed to get away with not catching any of the bugs!

Typical - I am due at parentcraft tonight and physio tomorrow when all I want to do is lie in bed and feel sorry for myself.

Have had pram, moses basket and car seat delivered today and I am not even interested in getting them out to have a play...boo hoo.

i am still thinking of the silver cross linear freestyle in jet. you can get that and the car seat together on kiddicare.

off to look at a second hand pram set tonight so if i dont like that, i will probably for the silver cross
  • Sami - I posted a link to a maxi-cosi on amazon on Friday - I'm too spaced to find it again but it was only £64!!!
