See I and everyone around me is convinced I will be early again, my bump now is roughly the same as when i was 7.5 months with DS from looking at old pics  Nan is convinced I've got another one hiding in there bless her.
I dont know how much more space i got! :rotfl:
I still cant get my head around the fact I'm gonna have 2 bairns! I never thought I'd ever have anymore.

At the scan on Saturday, they estimated his weight was 2lb 2oz. Not quite as big as last time, but still a bit over. Don't know why I'm so massive! Soon I shall have to take to the sofa and not get off it! Is it silly of me to still hope that there is two babies in there? Probably not likely, sure they'd have noticed on one of the 6 scans!

I still can't believe I'm going to have a baby. I thought I was never going to have one!
    Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.

I've got this one on my Facebook page.

I've got 20 days to go - how did that happen!!!

I've noticed my bump has definately moved this morning - its much lower!! Hopefully a bit of releif from the heartburn. Am I right in thinking that as its my third, it can engage and come back out again right until the birth?

AM - i think thats a lovely idea, and baby should be fine at 8 weeks. It'll still be at the mostly eating/sleeping stage so won't really care whether its at home or Haven - as long as its fed!!

okay, i am going to ask a silly question re clothes....

i have been buying 0-3 months size clothes for bubs.

now, i have plenty of vests i.e. the short sleeve and no leg type.

i know these can go under sleep suits, but if you dont wear them under sleepsuits (mum has bought me some nice lime and lemon ones that would look nice on show, what do you put on their legs???

i have bought one pair of white bottoms from mothercare...any other suggestions?

appreciate it may be easier when you know what you are having to wait until after bubs is born, but i have a little bit of money left in my paypal account due to a return and i am itching to buy something with it.
    jeans, joggers, combats?
I always put vests on under all of DS outfits, except just after he was born and there was a heatwave, then i just used to put him in either tshirt and shorts or vest and shorts.
I just bought 2 lovely little outfits from ebay, one is a John rocha one from debenhams, red tshirt, brownish combats and a fleecy jacket.
The other is shirt, jeans and tank top.
And I bought him a pair of little rockport boots, size 0.5.

I dont know if this is true or not but maybe us larger ladies are more prone to having bigger babies.
DS was 3 weeks early and a very healthy 7lb on the dot, although looking at hime now he's a skinny as a rake!
I think this baby will probably be a beast, OH is extra tall and stocky, so i'd be surprised if this baby is any less than 8lb.
But then you can never really tell.

I'm itching to buy clothes but I have to stop myself and say "hang on a minute, you don't know what it is yet!". Everyone seems convinced it's a girl

Thanks for all your advice. Have had a small bit of toast.. let's hope it stays there :)

ETA: How do you make Coke go flat? I don't like it normally but I'll force myself if I have to..

What do you girls think of this?
Basically bubs is due 20th April, Astons birthday is on 14th June and I have been considering taking him to haven or butlins for the weekend, as his bday falls on the Sunday, I wont be up to doing a party or anything.
But in theory bubs should be at least 8 weeks by then, do you think thats too soon to go away?
We will only be an hours drive from home.
Haven have got some really good deals on ATM, we definately cant afford an overseas holiday this year and even half term or summer holiday caravan hols are too expensive.
Well my MIL thought that I would be fine to go to france 4-6wks after bump shall be arriving  (IMHO) I said I would be ok to go away at that point but only to wales or the lakes (both of which are 1 or 2 hrs drive from home) so if you feel happy then do it, provided baby is "normal/healthy" there's no reason not to :D

AM I've seen ur OH on a couple of pics and would say he's only a bit bigger than my OH and Chris was 6lb 12oz born, do you know what ur OH was like as a sproglet? mine looked similar to ur Aston does now - he had skinny little legs white blonde hair and blue eyes - an angel

I'm not sure what he was like,
I'm really going on his daughter, she's 3 in March and is already taller and much fatter than Aston.
He mum isnt tall, although she is a bit fat, probably the same or a bit smaller than me.

if you've got some cheap coke it goes flat easier but this is what i do
either water it down a bit or
get a half full bottle squeeze some air out and tighten the lid, then shake like mad, the gas in the coke will be released and the bottle won't be squashed anymore repeat a few times - et voila!
